Oppo introduced its new flagship trio on April 10, including the mighty Find X8 Ultra, as well as the Find X8s and Find X8s+ compact phones with premium internals. The good news is the three phones are now for sale; the bad news is they are available only in China.
The Ultra stands as the clear flagship of the Find X8 series, featuring the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, four high-performance 50 MP rear cameras, and a vibrant 6.82″ LTPO AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution. Its battery has increased by 20% compared to the previous model, now at 6,100 mAh, and supports 100W wired charging.
Oppo offers the Find X8 Ultra in three colors: Black, Pink, and White. The prices are CNY 6,499 for the 12/256 GB version, CNY 6,999 for the 16/512 GB model, and CNY 7,999 for the special 16 GB + 1 TB version, which also includes satellite connectivity.
The Oppo Find X8s+ is slightly faster than the globally available Find X8 Pro and also features a smaller, lighter body. It lacks the long telephoto camera, and the main shooter is not as impressive as it is on the Pro, but the phone is certainly among the most capable at its size.
The price of the phone starts at CNY 4,199 for the 12/256 GB version. The 12/512 GB option is priced at CNY 4,699, while the 16/512 GB is CNY 4,999. Additionally, there is a 16 GB + 1 TB memory variant that costs CNY 5,499, available in either White or Black. A Purple variant is also available for any other memory combination.
Oppo has introduced the Find X8s as a part of the trend of compact smartphones. With a slim 7.7 mm profile and a 6.32-inch display, it features three 50 MP cameras on the back. Although it seems designed to be less expensive than the Find X8s+, it shares the same Dimensity 9400+ chipset and an impressive 80W battery, resulting in comparable pricing.
Oppo Find X8s starts at CNY 4,199 for the 12/256 GB version. The 16/256 GB variant costs CNY 4,699, while the 12/512 GB model is priced at CNY 4,999. The 16/512 GB option is available for CNY 4,999, and the combination of 16 GB RAM with 1 TB storage costs CNY 5,499.
Oppo Find X8 Pro
The other devices that Oppo announced on April 10 included a Pad 4 Pro tablet, Enco Free4 TWS earphones, and a Watch X2 mini wearable with a 1.32-inch display. These devices have been available for pre-order since their launch and are now also for sale.
